Customers are responsible for ensuring that their plumbing systems comply with local regulations before requesting services. Plumsub is not liable for any pre-existing issues that may affect service outcomes.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. In some cases, a deposit may be required before service is rendered.

Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges or suspension of future services. If a payment dispute arises, please contact our billing department immediately.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments. We will make every effort to inform you in advance and provide an alternative service date.

Liability & Warranty

Plumsub guarantees the quality of our work. If any issues arise as a result of our services within 30 days of completion, we will inspect and address the problem at no additional cost.

However, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions, third-party interference, or customer misuse. Any modifications made by an unauthorized party will void any applicable warranty.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the service request process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
